"Not registered on network"

Around 2 months ago, I switched sims from Three to BT/EE. I wanted to use the same number as I did prior to the switch so they ran a code and said they'd get it done.

Nothing changed weeks later and I kept getting spam mail saying they're from EE. When I went to check with staff about it, they asked me not to worry about the spam mail. But for some reason the number change hadn't been registered on it.

Recently when I've been trying to call, it says I'm not registered on the network.

I just saw a message from 150 saying that the new sim card I requested has been dispatched, but I never requested such a thing. I can't even log into my BT account anymore.

But they're still charging me... what I going on... at least let me use my old Three sim. I'm a student and my university and GP need to reach me through my mobile but I have no number to give them. This is ridiculous...
