My number has been switched over to EE but if certain people a phone another number not the one I have got it when a can't get a signal but can't get a signal most of the time never get a signal in house ever unless it on a certain window sill

@Dondontrip1   Can you not use Wi-Fi calling as that’s what it there for, if you are getting a poor signal in your home WiFi calling gives you a working signal. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
