@Davidsea01 : Did you move house to another country? Roaming only takes place when you're abroad.

Hi

No - still in the UK

I have no mobile services on my phone ( browser/streaming/internet connection) unless I have wifi connection

I use this a lot for a GPS system app for my pets so it is vital

Any ideas?

@Davidsea01 : Have you Checked Status of the Network Status Checker there and reported your problem via that link?

Hi again

I have and the coverage checker says I have outdoor only coverage - true - ish

Even so - even WHEN connected to a mobile coverage - still no data received

Wondered if my plan was used up but this is fine

I never said to    I said to Check status .

Yes sorry I meant to say I've reported a network status problem

If any family or friends locally use EE, check whether they have similar issues - it may just be a pocket of poor indoor coverage.

If so, WiFi-calling is the ideal solution.

Hey Mark

I can’t even get wifi calling indoors right now

We have decent broadband speed

It must be a setting thing or my plan

I’ll keep trying

Thanks for the consideration

Cheers

Not sure who or what Mark is.

Do you have WiFi-calling enabled in your phone settings?

What happens when you try making a call? It maybe that mobile coverage is deemed sufficient for 4G-calling to work.
