Gone down the pan completely. I'm moving suppliers. Their web interface is horrendous, WiFi is dreadful a and customer service shockingly poor.

Same here!  Drops out all the time. Nothing loads its not like we live in the middle of nowhere 

Withdrawal of 3G service.

The 3G system is being closed down in my area to prepare for 5G. I know 4GLTE will continue for a while.When I buy a 5G device , how can I find out if my current EE SIM card ending ****6429 will work at 5G?Will I have to get a new mobile number?. 

We have no signal for 2.5 days !
