WiFi calling

My Nokia G21 has a button for EE WiFi calling, but is not working. I assumed you just press the button on and hey presto but nothing. Am I doing It right? Are there other instructions? Do I need to purchase an add on to get it to work?Thankyou

No signal

I've had no signal for 6 hours today. I can't find any other complaints. I've tried alsorts to sort it. All the obvious ones, turning phone off, airplane mode on and off, sim out and back in. I don't know what to do. Postcode Bb18 6x
