How can I tell if my SIM deal gives me 5G data access?

With SIM only contracts, the details don't seem to be specific about access to use 5G network as the various contract types just refer to speed rather than 5G access.

Thanks Chris, so all SIMs access 5G and speed is dependent on SIM contract, with most either up to 100Mbs or unlimited?
