Wi-Fi has been down for 5 days now in Sonning Common. Called up on Friday and was told it will be back on by close of play Monday. Just looked at the app and it is now saying Weds! So a week without any internet. I haven’t received anything from EE, surely you should be reaching out to your customers to advise them of the reasons. Is this just going to be pushed out further without explanation?!

WiFi is a connection between a portable device (tablet, phone, laptop) and broadband router, it has nothing to do with any mobile network.
Are you reporting an issue with WiFi-specifically? In which case the obvious first question is what router do you have? Or are you reporting an issue with the loss of mobile network coverage in Sonning Common?
