5G stops working

Can I ask why my iPhone 13 with 5G connectivity does not work. I have to wait for my 4G to be able to use it. 5G is meant to be better connectivity than 4G so why do I have to wait when I have 3 bars of service with my 5G?

I am at a Cambridge north hotel next to the station. I have no signals. I try to chat. Th bot Bert says there are no agents and offices are closed but it's 19.18 and Bert says they close at 8pm!! I find this app real rubbish
