Can you send physically send someone out to Woodbridge, Suffolk and especially into the area around the Station/River, the Thoroughfare and Hamblin Road/Leisure Centre car parks where according to your Coverage Checker we should have a perfect 4G signal, but in reality there is nothing (neither calls or internet).
It is a busy little town that suffers from poor connectivity generally but attracts lots of people from local villages each day.
The lack of a signal has been compounded by East Suffolk Council deciding to introduce the apps to pay for car parks in the town which no one can use.
I have reported this before via the 'Problem Reporting' button and got a reply saying you could not find an issue, however you chose to base this decision on my home address (which has a reliable 4G signal) and not Woodbridge that I asked you to check.

An interesting location - the coverage map shows excellent coverage but two alternate sets of testing data confirm the exact opposite. The Ofcom multi-operator map confirms variable levels of service across all operators.
I wonder if there's been local opposition to planning applications for new-build sites.

Hi,
Thanks for the response, however this isn't something that has happened recently, it is years in the making and has become more visible since the District Council tried to automate things.
It interesting that you have discovered an issue, perhaps someone technical from EE/BT would like to follow it up and sort it out.

Hi @mlrend
Welcome to the Community!
We know how important it is for you to be able to stay connected, so I can appreciate how frustrating it must be to have these issues, and I'd like t get this looked further into. I'd recommend reaching out to our team, and they can look into what is happening in a most specific area, and see how your connection behaves while you are there, to get a deeper understanding of this.
