I have not been able to get a signature on my phone in Woodbridge for weeks. I use mobile apps for parking and am having to use cash in the machines which is all very well if you have cash available. Very frustratin! Maybe I should switch to O2!

Use the "check coverage option" on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker anytime you have an unexpected loss of service.
No network is perfect - they all have good & bad areas, and none guarantee 100% national uptime 24/7/365. For every location where EE have an outage and other networks are OK, there will be others where EE is the only network to function.

So there has been no 4G mobile signal in Woodbridge Suffolk town centre since at least the 7th March 2025 . As confirmed by EE Customer Services. This means you cannot make calls especially emergency calls. You cannot send texts. You can’t pay for parking in any of the car parks using the mobile apps. This is not acceptable especially as EE boast they are the best mobile service in the country.

@bristolian does that date ring a bell at all? The exact date I’ve been having issues and others up and down the country on EE.

Would appear the mast has got to be replaced and EE are awaiting parts from Sweden. They cannot give a fix date.
Local Suffolk Coastal MP is now on the case, so hopefully they will pull their fingers out and fix it.

If the tower itself needs replacement, that suggests a structural issue, and is extremely rare. Radio equipment is supplied by Ericsson or Nokia. The vast majority of common spare parts are held in the UK, but much depends on the specific nature of the fault, also whether it's at ground-level or at height.

MPs are good for increasing public awareness, but I doubt they're experts at mobile network build & maintenance! It would also imply that no efforts were being made prior to their involvement - something that is hard to believe.
