SE25 continues to have bad connection

Hey EE Team,

The area of SE25 continues to have bad Internet connection even tho EE said there was a new mast on air since March 6th. I am not nearly getting the same speeds as last year hovering around 0.2 to max 5 Mbits while your website says there should be good coverage and no outages in this area. 

I have checked the SIM card of my Mobile router in a different device and no change. Restarted the router and factory resetting also didn't help at all. 

I am sure loads of other people have similar issues and find that the network in SE25 countinues to be not usable. 

Anything you can check from your side to see if this new mast is actually working as intended?

There's dozens of sites in SE25, can you be more specific about your location?

Whom or where, has advised you that a new site has been brought live? Was it a macro/rooftop site, or a street-level micro one?
