Good Evening

Has anyone else's WiFi Calling suddenly stopped working today ?? (31st)

I've tried all the usual fixes. Restarted everything. Everything up to date. But still won't connect.

Kind of stuck without it as no signal whatsoever without it.

Only status I can find on the EE network is on downdetector https://downdetector.co.uk/status/ee-everything-everywhere/map/ Appears to be an issue across the UK.

Really frustrating to have no direct update from EE!

I have been able to use WIFI calling in the past but today it is not working.  I have reset my phone and checked my wifi signal and all is ok.  I have the wifi calling on.  I am really stuck without it as I get no signal in my house and this is the only phone I have. Can anyone help?

Mine. After 50minutes I got passed to someone who said there was a nationl issue! Why don't they update a website to say so ? Or better still inform front line call handlers so they are aware

Yes, mine stopped working last night - still not working today.  Its a real pain as we get no signal in the house and need it.

I live in Barcaldine which is near Oban in Argyll, my mobile phone has been working fine on WiFi and 4G calling, however yesterday 31/07/2024 Wifi calling from my home no longer works.

My home doesn't have a mobile signal so I'm dependent on WiFi calling to get and make calls on my mobile phone.

When I try to make a call from my mobile at home I get the error message "Not registered to Network"

I've checked the connections settings on my Android phone and searched for Network Operators, this shows, BT,  3UK, 23432, Vodafone UK, and 02 UK. when I click on BT I get the error message "Unable to connect try later".

When I try connecting to the other networks, I get the error message "you sim doesn't allow connection to this network"

WiFi calling is enabled, and the phone has not been updated.

Mobile networks / Access Point Names on my mobile show Internet everywhere as being selected (blue circle with a blue dot in the centre), below this is eezone which is not selected, however when expanded both show the same values having been entered into their respective data fields, such as MMS proxy, MMS port, APN, authentication type, etc. etc.

Same here, no signal at all, without WiFi Calling I am back in the '70's. 3 devices all offline, all Android, Xiaomi 14 Ultra, Pixel 7 Pro, Xiaome 10 pro. All appeared to go off about the same time.

Still an issue for me here in SE London, with a Pixel 7. Raised an issue yesterday and had a text message this morning saying the issue was fixed, but after restarting my phone it is still a problem.

Some actual acknowledgement of the issue from EE on their website etc would be appreciated, seeing as so many people (myself included) live in not-spot areas.

iPhone 13pro.  WiFi calling not working before and after 17.6 update.  Tried all the usual stuff.
