Wifi Calling Stopped Working (31st)

Good Evening 

Has anyone else's WiFi Calling suddenly stopped working today ?? (31st)

I've tried all the usual fixes. Restarted everything. Everything up to date. But still won't connect. 

Kind of stuck without it as no signal whatsoever without it.

Glad I found this thread as I thought I was going mad! 

Both our phones have stopped working over IP this morning (were were out most of yesterday)  and I've tried everything to get them to reconnect with no joy.  WIFI calling is the main reason I moved to EE as it was so unreliable with my previous provider. Hopefully EE are aware and will sort out the issue soon.

Google Pixel and Huawei phones, btw.

Same here, updated, rebooted, nothing. My I-phone has become an expensive door stop until this is fixed

Same here. Based in the Highlands and rely on Wi-Fi calling. Both an android and iPhone are affected (affected?! 🤪)! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Strangely, when I try to go on to the EE website I now just get "BLOCKED" come up on anything other than the front page. Not sure if it's related.  It's not device specific.

If EE read this thread, couple of points:-

If you know there are problems at your end with WiFi calling, please put something on your status page! This will stop hundreds of frustrated customers posting on your forum. I have NEVER seen anything about wifi calling on EE status page, even though it regularly goes down.

Provide an alternative means of contacting your support peeps, when wifi calling is down. I got stuck in a ridiculous loop trying to report it using the EE app messaging facility, where it just kept telling me the only way was by phone, and to turn on wifi calling to contact you. DOH!

Me too - it is obviously an EE network problem.

Has anyone reported it to them?

(I'd rather not waste a morning going through the painful process of attempting to get hold of a customer service person to speak to if someone has already done it).

My 'phone and my wife's stopped yesterday and we live in a dark signal area and so need wifi calling.

Android - Samsung Galaxy A52S and Galaxy Note. Have contacted EE but they have not responded yet. Cannot ring them for obvious reasons with no signal at all.
