@shazadali418 , you can always choose to use 4G if that works better, you do this in settings, changing it in settings.

Tried that. Fixes the problem by 30%
But that raises the question I'm paying £57 for three Sims. But can't even use 5G. I rather switch to another network pay 80% less then pay what I am paying now for a poor service.

Yes spoke to the technical team. They keep telling me the same stuff "there is a fault in that area" but the fault has been ongoing for 2 years. I've beginning to think they are just lying to me. Furthermore I was offered a replacement SIM but then I was charged £1.50 on my bill for that sim. I wasn't told I would be charged. Can't wait until my contract ends so I can leave EE.

If you have been charged, please call us on 150 and the team can get this looked into for you. The team can also get the signal looked into further for you.
Leanne.

Without knowing your data allowances, that's an open question. £57 for 3 lines equates to just under £20/month per phone.
Assuming SIM-only on a 24month minimum term, that's about par for a ~5Gb allowance. Depending what you use your phone for, dictates whether it's worth getting worried about 5G access.

Well I get 200GB on one SIM and I share it with the other Sims other things get around about 1GB each. And 2 sims are on 0845 0800 numbers add on. I still reckon I'm paying too much. Anyway my contract ends in in January 11th.

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, @shazadali418, they'll be able to break down everything you pay for.
