Hardly any signal/reception in the house or neighborhood🥲

Entire family are on EE for many years ever since we moved into the neighborhood. However for almost 6-7 years we have had indoor reception/signal of 1 bar and 2 bars if lucky. Absolutely useless if wanting to call someone as every that calls us says...
