Very poor network

Can anyone give a real and reasonable explanation for the poor network coverage of this Company for both, mobile Internet and network coverage, whilst I am in the Uk?When abroad, anywhere else in the EU or other European countries, the network is strong, even if you are between tall, solid concrete or metal buildings,so exclude the phone issues. We do have a few spots of 5G here and there, but if you spend your day travelling around the country, you will realise that most of the time you may get 1 out of 4 bars of signal, and the internet is...moving,slowly, until it dies.

Hi,
I reported for my home area, work, and some other places where i was
struggling to get decent internet. The problem is that most of the time i m
on the move and is impossible to do that for every place.
Also,i allowed to MyEE app to track and get info from my phone regarding
the network and signal coverage, hoping that this will improve the
situation, but aparently no change since nearly 4 years ago. Before this
phone,i had a Samsung S10,with the same symptoms. When the contract was
coming to an end for that phone,i made EE aware of the situation with the
network, but they manage to convince me to have another go for 2 years with
a new phone. The problem it still persist after nearly 4 years, and before to
end the contract with EE,i will try to get 2 cheap phones, double sim,and
get a sim for every main network operators in UK,carry them around for a
while, and see which is the winner.I hope will be one in the end..

Thanks,

Hi @MrXX,

If you're experiencing issues everywhere you go, it points to an issue with your device.

I'd recommend contacting our Technical Support Team to run through some diagnostics.
