Poor signal from EE in or out of the house!!

Can someone please help and tell me why the EE signal has become so poor this year! I used to have the strongest signal anywhere. I am sat in my back garden with barley one 4g bar that keeps dropping off. The signal checker says I should have full bars inside and outside my house. Bristol area but also use a lot in Devon for tethering. I seriously would have to think about staying with the network at this rate!

Is this a recent problem? Out of interest, where are you in Bristol?

The onscreen bars are only a rough guide and 1bar should still be perfectly usable. Are you having any problems making or receiving calls, or otherwise using your phone?

If you click "check status" on the website tool, is anything reported for your area?
