Unable to pay bill

Just spent half an hour trying to change my password... after spending a freaking HOUR trying to pay my freaking bill... but their dogsh*t app doesn't work.

This isn't even the first time... it's a CONSTANT thing... half the time I have to CALL them to pay a freaking bill... and that's not even going into the prices.... 

Bragging about "Oh we have the best coverage" ... WHERE? Half the time i'm lucky if i get any coverage without WIFI.... where is this supposed 5G? (And yes my phone does have 5g capability.)

Seriously, think it might be time to start looking elsewhere.

Sounds like your phone may potentially have a fault if you have lack of coverage as often as you suggest.
