Unable to make calls or contact 150

Hello, I have had a billing issue and my services has been cut off, I have tried calling 150 and 360 to resolve this but when I call the call just cuts off straight away, I have tried finding a live chat on the ee website but I cant find it, how do I contact ee to discuss my bill?

Having issues with making calls to some no.s and some people trying to call me, is their an outage issue with EE just now

I've been unable to make or receive calls on my mobile today. What's the problem does anyone know? I was half way through a call when it disconnected.

HI ive been trying to0 contact ee to upgrade my mobile all the numbers dont ring then cuts off

on the website just says nothings avalabe

I've just checked with my internet provider who are showing that for my area at least there is broadband maintenance been planned since 22:00pm last night till 5am on 25th but while my internet is currently working my landline is not digitised and still on copper as full fibre isn't in the area yet so pointless digitising at this time but I can ring my landline but it's not connecting in the home and the broadband provider (NOT EE) Have put in a report to OpenReach saying it's an external fault.

So it sounds like it's BT/OpenReach at fault once again.

i have tryed all these numbers 

thay do not ring and cuts off the help part of the web site dus nothing 

In short, yes,  All the contact numbers for EE don’t seem to be working but try the automated service and someone will call you back.

i have dun this dial 150 its on the screen just stays thear for 10 seconds dus not ring and cuts of this is withALL the numbers to contact ee

i am calling at 14.39

If you need to speak to somebody try the automated service somebody will call you back I did and managed to get my questions answered.

I totally agree. EE are indicative of the poor customer service that we in the UK get nowadays almost across the board. My landline has suddenly stopped working and I can find no way whatsoever of contacting EE. The two general purpose 0330 and 0800 numbers do not work. I can find no way of sending them a text, Email or Live Chat. I do not use any of the social media sites other than WhatsApp. This is a telecoms company that is impossible to contact. They are totally and utterly rubbish.
