Terrible signal all the time

Having massive issues with 2 devices on my plan, both have terrible signal all the time. Regardless of where each person is, signal is either just okay, or non existent. 

 

Ee are saying no issues in our home area, but the issues is not just limited to there. It's everywhere. I have tried all solutions they try to suggest, to no avail. 

 

Anyone have any tips or help? I'll be honest, it's getting to the point where I'm thinking of leaving EE

Is this something that started recently with your phones, you could use them OK in the same areas previously but now cannot? 

With it happening to two devices on your plan, do you have more than 2 and the others are working ok you mean, or is there anyone on EE not on your account that you are able to compare performance with when together to see if its the same?

Can you be more specific on what "they" have suggested, and that you've tried?

Also unclear on whether you've compared your service with another EE user in the same location - have you? What was the outcome of that?
