Terrible network Issues

Been with EE for about 12 months now. Over the past 2 months I have never had such bad internet outage, I normally Game on my Mobile Data plan and its been nothing but constant dissconnection for the past two months. I'm literally almost at the end of my tether to the point of which I'm abouts to just pay my tarriff off and cancel all together.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some connection problems. Could you check your postcode on our coverage checker and hit 'check status' please? It will let you know if we're aware of any problems and allow you to report one if we're not.

Does your phone show a VoLTE/4G-calling indicator when you have data issues?

Or is it showing a 2G/3G connection?

Hi Jason don't pay it off just keep complaining about it. Then if it's still the some, tell them you want to cancel it because there not upholding there end of the contract by proving you with the service.

Nah bristolian, cant say I have seen either of these. I normally stay on 4g but It does allow me to connect to 5g here in salisbury, but It's been extreemly intermittent for about 2 months. Really starting to get ticked off with it now. I pay alot of money for my contract and now the bills have gone up I expect grade A service. I'm really not very happy.

Yup did this, reported network issue. Still having the problem.
