Hi,
Is anyone else getting terrible data coverage in their town centre? In central Windsor (Berkshire) I regularly have no data connection, just an exclamation mark next to the signal icon on my Google Pixel 5. Is this due to buildings (a castle?), proximity to a railway or anything else? Or too many people connecting to too few masts? It's a real problem given that paying for parking on RingGo needs an internet connection.
Ultimately would a different network be better, or are they sharing the same kit?
Thanks

I too have noticed this.. the signal outage now goes all the way down to knights place, King Edward's hospital and Vansittart Park. It's getting worse not better!
The castle blocks the signal for security reasons... Priceless, either ignorance or just plain lies... Do they not realise Vodafone gets a signal and O2. Or am I to assume that EE is the network of choice for bad people 😂

Afternoon everyone.
Over the past few weeks, our engineers have accessed the area and installed upgrades to the existing mast. The upgrades have increased capacity and improved coverage in Windsor.
We will continue to monitor performance in the area.
Leanne.

Thanks @Sander_Koop
Do you know any other EE users in the area that are experiencing the same when using data?
What happens when you try and use data in the area?

Can confirm that data still doesn’t work in Windsor central. My internet stops working from Victoria street, in town, near the castle all the way down to the river. Cant even get the Ringo app to connect when trying to pay for the parking 🤣
