for the last 2 months me and my partner can’t get signal in our house, never had an issue before! Causing massive problems missing important phone calls and not being heard when connected. Seems silly paying a bill for something I can’t use from comfort of my own home

@Gemmasant2 Can you not use Wi-Fi calling as that’s what it’s for. No network will guarantee a signal in doors. You don’t say what the sim is like outside.

Hi @Gemmasant2
Could you check the status of the network in your area on our coverage and network status checker please?

There are numerous reasons why perceived coverage can degrade in some circumstances, but using the status checker to "report a problem" is a reliable method to report losses of service.
WiFi-calling is an excellent mitigation for any indoor coverage issues, and seamlessly works with 4G-calling if you have service outdoors.
