Signal lost in suffolk

For three days I have had no signal where I go the coverage checker is saying I should have 3-4 bars but I have 1 bar everywhere I go. 

how can I solve this issue ASAP!

Welcome to the community.

Have you tried restarting your phone? Did you check the status on the coverage and network status checker? It will tell you if we're aware of any problems in your area, or let you report one.

I’ve restarted the phone and my coverage checker says I should 3-4 bars but my phone has 1 bar

If you hit 'check status', instead of 'check coverage', It will tell you if we're aware of any problems in your area, or let you report one.

If you report a problem on there, our network team will investigate whether there is a problem in the area, @Jessmillz.

Alternatively, if you contact our technical support team, they will be able to do the same and check to make sure everything is OK on your account.
