Shocking signal

Hi new to writing about my poor time with ee everything has been great from 2014 till 2 years ago i upgraded to the s21 ultra 5g and had nothing but problems since day one had to stay with that phone for two years after saying the singal was the worst i have had to be told to do two different thing did them both and still rubbish fast forward to upgrading to the s23 ultra 5g and guess what still rubbish signal when will this end having a flag ship phone that has unlimited and paying 100 a month for is a joke think ee need to get their thinking hat on and find out why the signal is so poor on thins network

By having a 5G phone, the device will prefer a 5G coverage layer that may be perceivably weaker than a stronger 4G one - this is exactly the same as when 3G first launched.

Are you having any service issues such as problems with calls, texts or mobile data?

Its signal on both 5g and 4g being nothing calls drop all the time and i have done everything i was told last time the sim card it only 4 months old and the phone has been reset again

Different places at the missus house and in some other areas and i have told ee this to many times to both ringing them up again all i get it we will knock 25 off your bill
