Hi. I've just moved here and have terrible reception. The website shows EE are investigating an issue in the area but won't show me what - the next page is blank. Is there a temp problem or so I need to change provider? Thanks

Hi @NL11
Welcome to the community.
If the network checker is showing that there is an investigation of an issue, it normally means it has just recently started and the page would be updated when our network team have more information.
Are you seeing the option to sign up for updates?
How long has it been since you moved there and had a drop in signal?
Do you have access to WiFi to use WiFi Calling as an option for calls and texts in the meantime?

Do you know what the issue is and how long it’ll take to fix? I’ve lived at the same address for 18 years, been an EE customer for last 10 years and never had issues at home before. Now I have no signal whatsoever in my home and been this way for 4 weeks.
signed up for the updates (several times) however I get 1 text to say ‘it’s taking longer than expected then no comms at all.

Hi @hannaw47
Thanks for coming to the community.
I don't have any further information I could give you from here. If you are getting the text to say it is taking longer than expected, our engineers will be working to restore the service but won't have a time for a fix just yet.
If you get in touch with our tech guides, they can have a detailed look at the sites in the area to see what is happening and what the latest information is from the engineers.
