Hi,
I have just upgraded from PAYG to a 24 month unlimited 100Mb/s mobile plan. I am currently stuck with 4g and only 3Mb/s despite the following efforts:
Iphone 13 mini. Updated to latest iOS. Reset my network settings. Restarted my phone.
I apparently have excellent 5g coverage in my area as per the EE website.
When I go to settings/mobile/mobile data options/voice & data, I change from "4G" to "5G Auto", I have full 5g reception for about 1 second, then it switches back to 4g. If I change to "5G On", it remains on 4G.
I can never get 5g reception to work properly and am limited to about 3Mb/s. Indoors, outdoors, around town, at work, it's all the same.
What am I missing? Should I call Apple?
Thanks for any help

@Awil2853 You need to call Ee customer support to make sure everything is correct on your account. It might be worth requesting a replacement SIM card.
