didn't have signal

I  just come back from Liverpool and Gloucester yesterday, I was frustrated that I didn’t have signal all the time.  Kind of disappointed as I am paying unlimited internet. Couldn’t check things while I was sightseeing and couldn’t use the navigator either. We used the car navigator. Let me down

Were there any particular areas of Gloucester you had issues in? And was this indoors or out?
