GalaxyA12 won't connect dialling out ? Ends dall ?

So, pay monthly and recently I can't phone anyone as it dials, cuts out and says " call ended " ? Can call via WhatsApp  though ?

WhatsApp is an internet based app, so will work with internet.

Does everything else work when using cellular? If it does, have you tried rebooting your phone to see if that solves it?

If nothing works when using cellular, then it could be that you need a replacement SIM card. If possible, could you try a sim swap or put your SIM card in another phone to see if that resolves it? This will rule out whether the SIM card is at fault.

Can you send & receive texts? Can you use mobile data? These are good tests of whether you have a network connection.

As per the previous post, WhatsApp is just an internet app, so usage of it just proves your phone has a working internet connection in exactly the same way as usage of any other app proves. If that connection is mobile data though, it does prove a network connection.

When were you last able to make a call? Can you receive calls? Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? If you have a working internet connection, are you able to use WiFi-calling? Although this is not using the radio network, it does route calls over EE's central network and would at least prove your SIM as working.
