As an EE user I always seem to have the worst signal does anyone else suffer from this because EE claim to have the best coverage
I was told by someone from EE I might need a new SIM card as this may help
does that sound like B/S or could that be true??

Hi @Paul1882,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Does the Network Status Checker report any problems in the locations where you have poor signal?

It says good reception or no problems but both me and my partner who is my extra sim struggle everywhere we go or seem to while other people that are on 02 or Voda phone any other line seem fine it’s very frustrating

Hi @Paul1882,
If you're experiencing issues in multiple areas where good coverage is reported, it could be a device problem.
What symptoms are you experiencing? Is it call, text or data issues?

Reception but I’ve got a new iPhone so it’s not that might it be the sim because I’ve had the same sim for about 4 years

@Paul1882 Have you tried a network reset on the device?

How do I do that?

User perception is often driven by on-screen bars, when voice & data performance has other factors - but issues are rarely caused by SIM issues, SIMs don't "age" in the way you hint at.
As queried already, what service issues are you having with your phone? Be that problems with voice calls, mobile data or text messages?
