PAYG Access to 800MHZ for better signal

Hello,

Just moved over to EE PAYG and realised there is a few issues with EE, such as them refusing access to 5G as a PAYG customer.. 

Realising some signal issues, I have taken to google and it appears that they also don’t allow access to 800mhz for better coverage with PAYG … Can someone confirm that this is right?

VoLTE-rollout (which enables 4G800 access) to PAYG was announced mid-2021 but I'm not sure is documented anywhere.

What're the issues you're having?
