Data and texts not working

For some reason my data has switched to 3G (without me doing so) and is no longer working despite me having data. Texts will also not send and I can’t ring 150. This morning however it was perfectly fine and this has only happened recently. Any help?

I'm guessing your phone is showing signal indicators, just that you're concerned it's not 4G?

Are you able to make calls to other numbers OK? Have you tried restarting your phone?
