Hi.
I’m currently on holiday in Scotland, and I gave absolutely NO phone signal, not one bar. I have an iPhone 13 Pro. According to the phone coverage checker I may not be able to get full coverage indoors but should have outdoors. I have nothing nowhere! I can’t phone them obviously and just don’t know what to do. I have decent Wi-Fi though.
Any advice please?
Jules

Hi @jubletroop
From your post and the network checker it would imply your network coverage is weak in the area you are currently. No network can guarantee a 100% coverage.
Thanks

Is there anyone else with you there, who is on EE and you could compare coverage with? Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?

Is there any issue reported if you follow the "check status" link? It's possible you're in an area of poor coverage.
If you have WiFi, then you can use EE's WiFi-calling service to allow full use of your phone indoors.

Hi.
Thanks for your reply.
No one else here on EE. My husband is with O2 and he has coverage. I have Wi-Fi calling enabled on my phone (iPhone 13 Pro and pay monthly). I’ve been here on holiday several times but this is the first time since I switched to EE, not had this problem before.
Jules.

Is anything reported on the "check status" website link I mentioned in my previous post?

Hello again,
Well for a long time the check status and check coverage links weren’t working.
I’ve just tried again now and it says
’We recently fixed a problem in PA75 6PB
Our engineers have fixed a problem here. It should all be working again now. If you're still experiencing problems, let us know’.
Still no signal though. So gingers crossed they are on to it. It may seem petty to some, but we have a mentally disabled daughter and I need to be able to phone her residence.
Thanks again for your help.
Jules.

Hi @jubletroop,
Please use the 'report a problem' button if you continue to experience the same issue over the next 24 hours or so.
I understand it's important that you're able to keep in touch with your daughter. Are you able to use WiFi Calling in the meantime?
James
