I have an inclusive ROW -I have received the text saying Hi from EE welcome to Australia you are all set up to use your plan etc but I cannot make or receive calls.I can use data,I can send and receive texts, the phone signal is strong and I am connected to Optimus so why can’t I not make or receive calls ?Judging from the community posts this seems to be a wide spread issue with Australia , EE must know about it and seem either unable or disinclined to do anything about it.Not good enough and reason to switch to other provider.

Are you using the correct international code to call numbers. 

What device do you have.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Try manually selecting an alternative local network - are the symptoms the same?

Are you able make local in-country calls to Aussie numbers? Or do those fail as well as international calls to the UK? What happens when you make a call?

I have tried switching service providers
still the same
both for uk and aussie calls
my wife has the same issue and she is with Ee also
you dial and get no ring tone at all and then after 15 seconds call failed
judging from the discussions this seems to be a common issue with EE and Australia
