Hi I am having issues with my network.

I am in work, but my phone is saying im not registered on a network. I can't make calls or anything. I need my phone in case my sons school call me.

I have restarted my phone twice now, and nothing. I have been on the EE network status checker, and there isnt any faults there its saying.

Can someone please help me as I can't even phone EE.

'Not registered on network' is usually a SIM card issue, try taking out the SIM and re-inserting it

Done this as well.

There are a few people in my work that are with EE and they are having the same issues as me.

Ah.... that's unfortunate, there must be an issue not on the fault thingy then

I keep checking the fault thingy hehe, still nothing on there to say there is a fault. Fault thingy is the exact words I would use as well :D.

Thank you for trying to help :).

Hi @kmitchell

I would recommend reporting this.

You can report a problem using the Network Status Checker or by contacting our technical care team directly.

"Not registered on network" is self-explanatory but is not necessarily a SIM issue.

If there's a coverage hole, then your SIM can't register on another network and it can either cause this error or "Emergency calls only,".

If other EE users are similarly affected, I would suspect a coverage issue.

Not really self-explanatory that's why I was asking :), might be for you as you might be technical savvy, I'm clearly not.

Never had this issue before so wasn't sure what was going on!

It's fine though I reported it once I figured out what I was doing.

Thank you, managed to do that a few hours ago.

Network drops in and out, but at least i know its not my phone that's broke.

Kind regards
