No signal yet again!

Joined EE sim only middle of August 23 and since then 90% of the time unable to make or receive calls or texts, even with wifi unless I go outside!!!   Never had this problem or expense with Vodafone.  EE have had me running down blind alley after blind alley, paying out for new phone which has same issue.  Now discover ongoing mast issues which the Engineers clearly cannot fix!!! EE Hugely let down by the poor signal strength or lack thereof....staff, when you can finally speak to them (which means driving out of the area) are super nice and helpful but even they can't raise Lazarus!  Wish I knew then what I know now about the ongoing and looks like unsolvable issue.    BT part i.e. wifi good.

Every network has good and bad coverage areas, but EE offer WiFi-calling which enables full use of a phone for calls & texts anytime you have indoor coverage issues.

Does the outdoor coverage in your location broadly tally with that predicted by the "check coverage" option on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee
