I am trying to find why people in the SY13 2BT area on EE have no service, we received texts saying work was being carried out on the mast at Prees this last week, and yesterday another text to say it was complete and to reboot our phones. Today there's no service at all.
Logging in to the EE service status checker jut bings up "An unexpected error has occurred". Can anyone at EE suggest what's happened and if this situation is being resolved please? Thanks.
