Thanks for confirming this @Bagga72

Have you been able to test your SIM in another phone?

What phone are you using at the moment?

Are these in locations where good coverage is predicted on the website coverage map?

Do you know whether other EE users are having similar problems?

I' don't have another phone I'm using the one I got from yourselves it's a Samsung galaxy 6 flip phone if this issue isn't sorted soon I will end my contract with you

I understand you want to get it sorted @Bagga72, but we do need to establish if it is something with the phone or the network.

Have you checked the areas where you are having trouble on our network checker?

Michael

Hi @Bagga72

Did you get a chance to take a look at the network status checker that @Michael_D posted above? It will let you know if we're aware of any problems in your area, and give you the opportunity to report one if we're not.

Chris
