Hi....
I have 2 mobile phones with EE, and we've had no service at home for 4 days....!!!!
I was wondering if you get a refund on your bill as we use our mobile phones for everything, internet, hotspots as we don't have a land line or any other form of internet. I need my internet for work so it's causing all sorts of problems.
Frustrating to say the least!!!

@Taffybwel I take it you wasn’t at home when you posted this ? Have you checked the service status in your area ? You can use THIS and click the check service status tab.

With the best will in the world, no network will guarantee 24/7/365 100% uptime - and this is provided for in the T&Cs.
If such connectivity is vital for you, I would recommend looking at having a backup connection of some kind. "All your eggs in one basket" type theory.
