Hi.
So first I was trying to obtain eSIM from EE. I am in US now. Literally 0 information about how to do it when you are abroad and want to convert you sim to eSIM. The app is useless and website is useless and very buggy.
Tried “support” 150🤣 they are just ridiculous… on one screen it said type Call Back for call back and got “Thank You. All your scheduled call backs have now been cancelled.”. Wow… this is so frustrating. Anyway I want to leave this provider now however 😁😁😁 their ridiculous vibe doesn’t end here. Started leaving process, received verification code and nothing happened- We are experiencing technician problems now. This was their answer. And that’s it!! No way out from this… EE “service”. Stupid system doesn’t allow to chat with any human being only this calls which do not happen. Again! I am abroad and need help and it is impossible to solve any issue online….
For his sake fix all you technical and non technical issues. It is impossible to work with you.

@Julia1727373737 If you’re a contract customer you can change over to a eSIM directly on the device. You don’t need to any contract with EE to do this. It’s in setting and it says “CONVERT TO ESIM”. you just press it and follow the instructions. But as you’re in the US I wouldn’t advise this because if anything were to go wrong you’ll have issues and will probably need a replacement sim and that will be sent to your UK billing address.
If you still wish to cancel your contract you need to call customer support and pay off any remaining contract term. When you call customer support don’t select option 1 listen to the options that are given and you will hear that you need to select option two then the closest option to what you want to do.
And you don’t post private information on the internet, ie your first image

Yes they are a BS company and now I am
leaving as well. This is ridiculous in 21 century to ask to CALL for a simple sim transfer because none of their “advices” actually works - only bugs on app and websites . Ridiculous service.

@Julia1727373737 : You can't get an eSIM on PAYG.
Just stop using your PAYG SIM to cease it.
