My we 4g where I live went from great to worse

 this is extremely annoying due to me using 4g quite a lot the ping used to be 24 now it’s 763 because we have stronger signal well I can tell you something it may be stronger but it definitely isn’t better it’s worse

Yes this is a recent problem so the bars of 4g in my house would only work in one room and in that room the 4g was great but then the signal got upgraded and went up to 3bars of 4g all around the house and I tested it but it was horrible and the ping was rubbish this is really frustrating because if you go half a mile up the road it is amazing

Is the performance in the same location as you used to have coverage, the same?

Your experience could indicate the addition of low-band carriers providing additional coverage, whilst your existing service should remain the same.
