Hi there! Just a quick suggestion — I think it would be really helpful if the My EE app had a section showing whether Network Boost is active and what it’s doing. At the moment, there’s no way to tell if it’s working or not, and a bit more visibility would be great. Thanks!

I will absolutely get your suggestion passed onto the team, and I'm sure they'll see if this is something they are able to implement.

Welcome to the Community!
If you have an unlimited plan with EE Business, and took this out after January 2023 then Network Boost is automatically included.
The boost is automatically applied when our network’s busy. But good news – you do not need to do anything or check anything. You’ll just know that you’re getting network priority when the network is busy.

The network boost is also now included with all-rounder plans. This is where my suggestion comes into play. I think if people can see that the boost is working and see how much it’s helping, more people would sign up for a higher plan to get the boost. I think it would also just be nice when you’re in a busy area to see how much the boost is helping you.
