Loss of signal

Looking for help for my sons IPHONE 15.

We got it in May so it is new.  The last 2 weeks it has had permanent loss of service and can only be used with wifi.  The loss of signal continuously drains the battery also.

Do other EE phones in the same location, have the same problem? A network issue would affect all users indiscriminately. If not, try a 2way SIM-swap

I strongly suspect your son's phone has a fault, but the SIM-swap will confirm.
