London underground Wifi issue

Hello, recently I came back from holiday. Since then I am having issue accessing Internet in London underground stations. I am connected to EEAuto WIFI but it says" connected without internet ". Before I go on a holiday I didn't have any problems at all. Could it be something with my going abroad or it is a coincidence ?

Any help is appreciated

Thanks

 Hi all,

this morning on my way to work I didn't have any issues, but on my way back to home I still had some issues. Will keep having an eye on it

After a month: SNAFU.

The network used to work really well most of the time. Now it's completely unreliable. At many stations it won't connect at all, whether I'm on a briefly stopping train or standing on the platform/moving around the station.

My phone frequently struggles to connect to it now or fails completely.

Not sure what changed but it's fairly useless now.

Came here to post about this myself.

EE's WiFi on London Underground has been patchy at best for months now. Last couple of weeks almost unusable especially when passing through a station and only stopping for 30 seconds or so.

It used to be easy to quickly connect and use it for the few moments your train is stopped on the platform.

Now it just struggles to connect and gives up.

Hi @Jobear91

Please see our How do I use WiFi on the London Underground? | Mobile Help | EE for help with connection issues when on the underground.

It just doesn't work, and we described exactly how that manifests itself. These copy-paste answers with links are silly.
