Hi,hopefully someone might have the answer to this.
I bought this hub from EE shop about Jan 25,it works ok but i have to re-boot it every single day without fail.
It is driving me nuts,hope someone can help.

Welcome back to the community.
Are you losing connection on the 4G Hub and have to reboot to get connected again?
Do you have any other EE mobile devices that loose signal at the same time?

Yes that`s what i am saying i have to reboot it on a daily basis.
I don,t have any more EE devices.

As this is happening daily, I would suggest getting in touch with our tech guides who can run troubleshooting to see why this may be happening and let you know what is needed to stop the device loosing connection.

If you select option 2 when you call and then the option for technical support. Once a guide is available they will be able to help 🙂

Well did as you advised but they were really no help,after giving him permission to enter smarthub it is now even worse disconnecting all the more,so left worse off now.
