New Broadband

Hi Everyone

Just moved over from Virgin due to price increase and shocking internet around the house only to find that trying to get internet upstairs in the back bedroom is hit and miss. As with most smart TVs they connect to the WiFi and keeps saying it's not connected when I can see it is. Signal is only showing 2 bars.

@Emmamarie49 Looks like you may have to go with the smart wireless addon to your package and boost the wi-fi signal further through the home, single hub just cannot get it far enough for you!

Your joking, I could of paid extra with virgin and stayed with them.

Hi @Emmamarie49

Buy your own router.

It is not the service to your house the issue is the hardware. As @JimM11 says EE sells an add-on but in reality in 2025 routers should broadcast better without the need to add additional hardware. The best option is to invest in your own hardware.

Thanks
