No data on Smart WiFi 4GEE Mini

I have the Smart WiFi's 4GEE WIFI Mini router and they have stopped putting the 2gb allowance on it, any reason why?

If the 4GEE WiFi Router is part of the Smart WiFi package, the data should be automatically added.

Where are you seeing that the allowance has stopped?

Is the SIM still showing signal?
