Direct Access connection issue

Hello.
Since April/May 2023 I have been having an issue where I can not connect to my works network using Direct Access on my work laptop using my EE iPhone as a hotspot connection.
I can connect to Direct Access fine using other network providers.
Can you give me the resolution to get me back up and running? It appears many other people have this Direct Access issue with EE.

I have spend more then an hour with support team and there is no resolution to the issue . I have tried creating new APN without IPV 6 still Direct Access is not connecting. EE has made some network changes which is causing Direct Access issue.I have tried on several mobile devices , Samsung S21 , Oneplus 8T , Samsung A70 , Oneplus 7T .

- Constant data disconnects on multiple devices in Mobile Data
- Coverage in South Norwood in Mobile Network discussions
- Coverage in Wheatley in Mobile Network discussions
- Coverage in Wednesbury in Mobile Network discussions
