Cant make calls

My calls are not going through its saying cant make calls. Texts work and my bill is paid

A few test calls to & from other networks and a couple of landlines have all connected first time here.

I have checked all the usual causes and also consulted Chatgpt.

I think that I have been blocked for some reason but all my bills are paid up to date

Hi, 

Earlier this afternoon, for a short time some customers had intermittent issues when making outbound mobile calls. Service has been restored quickly and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

All other EE services were not impacted.
