Cant make calls

My calls are not going through its saying cant make calls. Texts work and my bill is paid

Can’t make outgoing calls from my phone, when I try the calls just end and say cancelled on call log

i seam to remember a year or 2 ago same thing happening and if memory serves, it was a time thing and sorted its self out a couple hours later, not great but maybe time will sort it out

Ive had this today, reset my network settings and it seems to have resolved but theres a few lines on my account and they haven't been able to do this yet so unsure whether its fixed their issue.

Thx guys glad i am not the only one. My partner and my step mum rang me ok. I can use whatsapp but downside is i cant call ee off it

WhatsApp, Messenger and similar apps are internet-based apps that do not place calls over the mobile network in the same way. These allow voice-sessions within the app, which merely require an internet connection from the device.

They do not route calls through the mobile network in the same way as those dialled or received directly.
